Real Or Fake?

 

Today in Manaiakalaani we were doing a workshop on real or fake media. I worked in a pair with Faith. It was relatively easy to do because we only had to look on unsplash, remove then background, put it together on google slides and post it on our blog. Buddy Time! 😁😜😝😋

We have a buddy class at Awapuni called Team Pukeko. The best part about it so far would be the fun run. Next time I wish that Covid had never happened so that we could see them again.

We learnt about leveling up on our blogs. We had to redo a blog post from a while ago. We had to take before and after screenshots to make them into the GIF that you are looking at. I made Wally the dog with Piskel. It is a really good website that is easy to use. I think that I did quite well with my level up blog post but I think that maybe next time I could have done it faster so that way I had more time to make it better. I really want to know if I have done this well so please let me know. I also really want to know if the writing on my post should cover anything else. Also, The piskel took me about an hour to make and that includes thinking of the idea.

I wrote it with my friend Fern Kimber. Our whole class did it on Spam and good conversations. 

We were learning to make a book on how to avoid SPAM and how to have a good conversations.

I found it easy to draft and plan the book.

I found it hard to do all the characters.

I really enjoyed finishing it and editing all the things.

Next time I need to finish it quicker because I didn't finish it in the time frame.

Where's Wally. He's Here!

This is Wally. I found it easy to create the dog but I found it pretty frustrating when I couldn't make the tail curvy. I really enjoyed making the animation of the dogs emotions. Next time I need to put more detail onto Wally because all I really did was change his face emotion. If you think that I should re do this with more and better😁 animation.😁

Book Club Video

We were learning about how to infer a book characters traits.

I found it easy to edit and cut the video.

I found it hard to change outfits and voices

I really enjoyed shooting all the clips and putting on a fake beard for being Logan.

Next time I need to make it the one minute that it's meant to be.

Covid Reflection 2020

We were learning about creating videos about Covid-19.

I found it easy to make split screens.

I found it hard to edit and to post on my blog.

I really enjoyed the finished product.

Next time I need to complete it by the deadline.

Lockdown Image

We were learning about an image that sums up our lockdown.

I found it easy to make the image.

I found it hard to remove the background.

I really enjoyed putting the background of the desk on.

Next time I need to put in more detail.

My Space Background

We were learning about creating backgrounds that some younger children were going to use to create a animation.

I found it easy to create the moon.

I found it hard to do the stars.

I really enjoyed making the moon look like it had a light side and a dark side.

Next time I need to make my stars a bit more consistent in shape and size.

Anzac Day 2020

We were learning about Anzac Day.

I found it easy to do most of the tasks.

I found it hard to put my stop motion animation video onto this slide because it wouldn't work so I came up with a solution.

I really enjoyed working on the story about my Anzac Ted and the adventure it had been on.

Next time I need to work a bit harder on my artwork because I could probably do a bit better than that.
